This piece holds deep personal meaning, as it was designed as a way to connect with my mom.

When my mom was young, it was quite popular to wear rings carved from stones like jade and amethyst. Over time, her collection of stone rings was passed down to me. Among them was a cherished jade ring that once belonged to her. I decided to honor it by adding silver flowers inspired by my current work as a jeweller.

My mom’s favorite flower is the chrysanthemum, and recreating its intricate beauty in silver was a rewarding challenge. This ring symbolizes the bond between us—my mom’s enduring influence and her role in shaping the person I’ve become.

This particular ring is not for sale, but it inspired me to explore the idea of creating flowers growing from stones. I am happy to offer custom pieces where you can choose your own combination of flower in stone, creating something uniquely meaningful.
